I’ve been visiting The One to One Dental clinic for many years and I can honestly say that the level of service and support provided is second to none. Because of my work, I moved countries quite a lot and the treatments received from other Dentists in the past completely ruined my mouth and I even ended up having sinus problems due to a previous incorrect implant procedure. The service and treatment that I received from Dr Fazeela have always been excellent and since from the initial consultation throughout my dental plan she always made me feel very relaxed by explaining the various procedures in a very thorough and gentle way. Every time I visit the Clinic I’m always welcomed with a smile, not only by Dr Fazeela but also by the friendly, engaging staff and Dental Hygienist Linzy Baker. Linzy is fantastic, extremely talented and very informative. She is a real professional and hard-working but at the same time super warm and gentle making the whole experience very comfortable. I can't recommend One To One highly enough. For years, I struggled to find a dentist I could trust and feel comfortable with, which led me to avoid dental visits altogether. After undergoing significant dental work with Dr. Fazeela Khan-Osborne and her team, I couldn't be happier – not just with the results but also with the exceptional care I received throughout. I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Linzy, the fabulous Hygienist, has completely transformed my oral health, and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my dental care.

I have a couple of gaps in my mouth due to gum issues and my normal dentist didn't offer any solutions as they mentioned that I was lacking gum to put an implant on, so I was becoming very self-conscious about smiling as a result. I didn't like the fact that people would judge me and comment negatively, so I wanted to find a dentist that could fix my teeth and smile. Having searched extensively and having no recommendations, I was scared of being fleeced. I watched the tv programme - "10 years younger" and saw people with worse teeth and gaps than me and emerge with big, lovely smiles and I thought I must contact the dentist Dr Uchenna, who was on the show. She saw me for a consultation and referred me to Dr Khan-Osborne, at The One to One Dental Clinic. At my consultation, Dr Khan-Osborne asked me what I wanted to achieve and I said to smile again without having to cover my mouth. I did not want to have dentures but implants. She said she could help me achieve that and after assessing my teeth, explained about bone grafting and placing temporary teeth/bridge to cover the gaps so I would have a full mouth of teeth. She informed me that she would work in sections and bone grafting would be several surgical appointments which takes several months to heal so it would not be a quick process. She was very patient and asked me if I had any questions which she explained. I found this reassuring as I felt nervous about the whole situation. Dr Khan-Osborne emailed me my treatment plan which explained in detail about what would happen, when and the price, which was eye-wateringly steep but I reasoned that it was an investment in me and my future and thought it would be 100% worth the investment. Also I saw Dr Khan-Osborne had decades of experience and I had confidence in her ability as she also teaches implant courses to other dentists. I have since had a few surgical appointments and many appointments, dental hygiene appointments so I have gotten to know the staff. Linzy is very professional and provides one of the most thorough hygiene sessions I've ever experienced. You will definitely notice the difference in your mouth! Sammy has been a solid, reassuring and easy to talk to nurse, especially post surgery as I had nosebleeds come on, which is a normal reaction. She gave me advice to help stem the flow of my nosebleeds. Throughout my treatment journey, Dr Khan-Osborne has been very professional, thorough and restored the aesthetics in my mouth. Dr Khan-Osborne has given me back my smile and I feel very fortunate that I have come to The One To One Dental Clinic to resolve my dental issues as I know that finding the right dentist who can carry out the work is difficult, as there's a lot of cowboys out there. I would highly recommend Dr Khan-Osborne's clinic to anyone - whether for dental hygiene, ortho or for implants.
